Interpretation
2. In this Order –
“the 1998 Order” means the Criminal Justice (Children) (Northern Ireland) Order 1998;
“the 1956 Act” means the Malone and Whiteabbey Training Schools Act (Northern Ireland) 1956(1);
“the Board” means the Juvenile Justice Board established in pursuance of Article 56(1) of the 1998 Order;
“the transfer date” means 1st April 2003.
