1. These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicle Testing (Amendment) (Fees) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2003.
2. In the Motor Vehicle Testing Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1995(1) for Schedule 1 there shall be substituted –
