Amendment of the Social Security (Incapacity Benefit) Regulations

3.  In regulation 18 of the Social Security (Incapacity Benefit) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1994(1) (persons formerly entitled to severe disablement allowance), for “immediately before 6th April 2001”, in both places where those words occur, there shall be substituted “on 6th April 2001”.
