1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic (Health Services Charges) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2002 and shall come into operation on 16th February 2002.
(2) In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the Road Traffic (Health Services Charges) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2001(1).
