3. In section 63(1) of the Police (Northern Ireland) Act 1998(1) (restriction on disclosure of information), after paragraph (c) there shall be inserted–
“(ca)for the purposes of an inspection of the Ombudsman carried out by the Chief Inspector of Criminal Justice in Northern Ireland under Part 3 of the Justice (Northern Ireland) Act 2002;”.
