The Department of Education, in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 19(1), (3) and (4) of, and paragraph 9 of Schedule 3, to the Superannuation (Northern Ireland) Order 1972(1), and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, with the consent of the Department of Finance and Personnel(2), hereby makes the following Regulations:
