Interpretation

3.  In Byelaw 2(1)–

(a)after the definition of “commercial fishing” there shall be inserted the following definition–

“concessionary season fishing rod licence” means a licence issued by the Board to a disabled angler, or to a woman who has attained the age of 60 years, or to a man who has attained the age of 65 years, for one rod and line or hand line to fish for, take and kill salmon, freshwater fish and eels;;

(b)after the definition of “hook” there shall be inserted the following definition–

“juvenile season fishing rod licence” means a licence issued by the Board to a person who has attained the age of 12 years but who has not attained the age of 19 years for one rod and line or hand line to fish for, take and kill salmon, freshwater fish and eels;.
