3. In regulation 2 (interpretation), for paragraph (8) there shall be substituted the following paragraph –
“(8) Any reference in these Regulations to a European Community Directive, Regulation or Decision shall be construed as a reference to that Directive or, as the case may be, Regulation or Decision, as amended on the date the Feeding Stuffs (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2002 are made.”.
