1. This Order may be cited as the Property (1997 Order) (Commencement No. 3) Order (Northern Ireland) 2002.
2. The following provisions of the Property (Northern Ireland) Order 1997 shall come into operation on 29th July 2002:—
(a)article 35 (Enlargement of leasehold estate subject to no rent); and
(b)in Schedule 5 the following repeals:
(i)section 65 of the Conveyancing Act 1881(1);
(ii)section 11 of the Conveyancing Act 1882(2).
