SCHEDULE AMENDMENT OF THE LAND REGISTRATION RULES

5.  In Schedule 2–

(a) after Form 66 insert the following Forms–

“FORM 66A Application to cancel a leasehold folio and to register the superior title (rule 116A(1)(a))

FORM 66B Application to cancel the registration of a lease as a burden where the title to such leasehold estate has not been registered (rule 116A(1)(b))

FORM 66C Application to cancel a leasehold folio where the title to the superior estate has been registered (rule 116A(1)(c))

”

(b) after Form 103 insert the following Forms–

“FORM 104 Application to redeem a ground rent under section 4 of the Ground Rents Act (Northern Ireland) 2001 (rule 222A)

FORM 105 Notice under section 4(3) of the Ground Rents Act (Northern Ireland) 2001 (rule 222B)

FORM 106 Certificate of Redemption under section 7(1) of the Ground Rents Act (rule 222C)

FORM 107 Application to redeem a nominal ground rent under Article 35 of the Property (Northern Ireland) Order 1997 (rule 222D).

FORM 108 Application to redeem a nominal ground rent under Article 35A of the Property (Northern Ireland) Order 1997 (rule 222E)

FORM 109 Form of register kept under section 5(2) of the Ground Rents Act (rule 222F)

FORM 110 Requisition for official search in the register kept under section 5(2) Ground Rents Act (rule 222G(1))

FORM 111 Certificate of the result of an official search in the register kept under section 5(2) of the Ground Rents Act (rule 222G(4))

FORM 112 Requisition for a personal search in the register kept under section 5(2) of the Ground Rents Act (rule 222G(5))

FORM 113 Application for payment of money lodged with the Registry under section 4(2) of the Ground Rents Act (rule 222H)

FORM 114 Solicitor’s certificate to accompany Form 113 (rule 222H)

FORM 115 Estate agent’s statutory declaration to accompany Form 113 (rule 222H)
