CRIMINAL INJURIES
Criminal Injuries Compensation (Northern Ireland) Order 2002 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2002

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the power conferred on him by Article 1(2) of the Criminal Injuries Compensation (Northern Ireland) Order 2002(1), hereby makes the following Order:
Citation
1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Injuries Compensation (Northern Ireland) Order 2002 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2002.
Commencement
2. Articles 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 and the Schedule to the Criminal Injuries Compensation (Northern Ireland) Order 2002 shall come into operation on 1st May 2002.

Explanatory Note
(This note is not part of the Order.)
The second commencement Order brings into operation all the remaining provisions of the Criminal Injuries Compensation (Northern Ireland) Order 2002.
The Criminal Injuries Compensation (Northern Ireland) (Commencement No. 1) Order 2002 brought into operation Articles 1 to 10 of the Criminal Injuries Compensation (Northern Ireland) Order 2002 on 9th April 2002.
