Amendment of the Income Support (General) Regulations and the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations
2. In paragraph (b) of the definition of “self-employment route” in both regulation 2(1) of the Income Support (General) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1987(1) and regulation 1(2) of the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1996(2) (interpretation)—
(a)at the end of sub-paragraph (i), “or” shall be omitted;
(b)at the end of sub-paragraph (ii), there shall be added the following sub-paragraph—
“or
(iii)the New Deal for Lone Parents(3);”.
