SCHEDULE 1 Fireworks exempt from the provisions of regulation 4(1)

Fireworks classified under British Standard BS 7114: Part 1: 1988 under the direction of the Chemical Standards Committee—

(i) Part 1 Category 1; and

(ii) Sparklers in Category 2.
