Amendment of the Foot-and-Mouth Disease Order (Northern Ireland) 1962
4. After Article 24 there shall be added—
“Requirement to isolate animals on common land within an infected area
24A. The owner or person in charge of an animal placed or kept on commons or unenclosed lands shall, upon the making of a declaration under Article 2(1) of the Foot-and-Mouth Disease (Infected Area) Order (Northern Ireland) 2001(1), in relation to that land isolate that animal within premises in the infected area.”.
