9. In Schedule 9 to the Income Support Regulations (sums to be disregarded in the calculation of income other than earnings) after paragraph 69(1) there shall be added the following paragraph—
“70. In the case of a person to whom regulation 6(5) (persons not treated as in remunerative work) applies, the whole of his income.”.
