Amendment to regulation 2 of the Social Fund (Recovery by Deductions from Benefits) Regulations
2. In Regulation 2 of the Social Fund (Recovery by Deductions from Benefits) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1988(1) (benefits from which an award may be recovered), after paragraph (cc) there shall be inserted the following paragraphs—
“(dd)widowed parent’s allowance under section 39A of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992(2);
(ee)bereavement allowance under section 39B of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992.”.
