In relation to an additive permitted to be contained in material pursuant to paragraph 5(1) of, or referred to in any of Parts I to VIII of the Table to, Schedule 3, or which is otherwise authorised, in a premixture, in addition to the information required under paragraph 2, the statutory statement may give—
(a)the trade name of the additive;
(b)in the case of any additive not being an enzyme or a micro-organism, its EC registration number;
(c)any other information, provided that it is clearly separated from the particulars referred to in paragraph 2, and in the foregoing provisions of this paragraph.
