2.—(1) In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the Sheep Annual Premium Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1992(1).
(2) The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954(2) shall apply to these Regulations as it applies to an Act of the Norhern Ireland Assembly.
