SCHEDULE 14 Jobseeker’s Allowance: Applicable Amounts in Special Cases

Part I Provisions in Schedule 4 to the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations as amended by this Order

2.—(a) The amount applicable to him under regulation 83 or 84 except that the amount applicable under regulation 83(b) or 84(1)(c) in respect of the child or young person referred to in column (1) shall be £14·50 instead of an amount determined in accordance with paragraph 2 of Schedule 1, or
