2. In these Regulations:—
“coarse fish” means any fresh water fish other than trout and rainbow trout;
“fresh water fish” means any fish living in freshwater other than a fish of a kind that migrates to and from the sea;
“the Commission” means the Foyle, Carlingford and Irish Lights Commission;
“a licence distributor” means a person duly authorised by the Commission to distribute fishing licences in respect of fishing engines.
