Charges
12. The Department may make a reasonable charge reflecting printing and distribution costs to any person for—
(a)any copy, in excess of one, of the whole or any part of an environmental statement supplied to that person in accordance with regulation 11(4); or
(b)any copy, in excess of one, of the whole or any part of any further information supplied to that person in accordance with regulation 10(5).
