1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Dogs (Licensing and Identification) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2001 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2002.
(2) The Dogs (Licensing and Identification) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1985(1), the Dogs (Licensing and Identification) (Amendment No.2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1985(2) and the Dogs (Licensing and Identification) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997(3) are hereby revoked.
