Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicle Testing (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2001.
(2) These Regulations shall come into operation—
(a)for the purposes of regulations 2 to 5, on 1st February 2002; and
(b)for all other purposes on 1st December 2001.
(3) In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Motor Vehicle Testing Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1995(1).
