Amendment of the principal Regulations

4.  In regulation 17(3)(b) of the principal regulations—

(a) the words “it is made” in sub-paragraph (iii) shall be omitted;

(c) after sub-paragraph (iii), there shall be added the following sub-paragraph—

“(iv) in respect of a hearing before the Life Sentence Review Commissioners.”.
