Goods Vehicles (Testing) (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2001 No. 247

Amendment of the Goods Vehicles (Testing) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1995

2.—(1) The Goods Vehicles (Testing) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1995(1) shall be amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).

(2) In regulation 20(1), for “£9·00” there shall be substituted “£10·00”.

(3) For Schedule 1 there shall be substituted—

Regulations 10(2),13(3) and (4) and 17(4)

Part I Fee Payable on Application under regulations 10(2), 13(3) or 17(4)

(iv) articulated vehicle having a 2 axle drawing vehicle	£26·50
(v) articulated vehicle having a 3 axle drawing vehicle	£34·00
Trailer	£23·50

Part II Fee Payable on Application under regulation 13(4)
