The Housing Benefit (Decisions and Appeals) (Transitional and Savings) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2001

The Department for Social Development, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 166 of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 19951 and section 68(3)(b) to (5) of the Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act (Northern Ireland) 20002 and now vested in it3 and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, with the consent of the Department of Finance and Personnel4, by this statutory rule, which contains only regulations made by virtue of, or consequential upon, section 68(3)(b) to (5) of that Act, hereby makes the following Regulations:
