Enforcement
8. These Regulations shall be enforced by the Food Standards Agency in relation to premises licensed under the Fresh Meat (Hygiene and Inspection) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997(1) and by the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development or the district council in relation to any other premises.
