Coming into operation

The Department for Social Development, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 13(3), 22(5) and 171(1) to (4) of, and paragraph 8(1)(d) and (1A) of Schedule 1 to, the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 19921 and sections 158C and 165(1) and (3) to (6) of the Social Security Administration (Northern Ireland) Act 19922, and now vested in it3, and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, and with the concurrence of the Inland Revenue in so far as their concurrence is required, hereby makes the following Regulations:
