Provision of further information11
Where in the opinion of the Department—
a
further information is reasonably required for its proper consideration of the likely environmental effects of the relevant project to which an application for consent relates; and
b
the applicant could (having regard in particular to current knowledge and methods of assessment) provide such information,
the Department shall notify the applicant in writing of the matter on which it requires further information and the applicant shall provide that further information.
