2. In Article 1(2) of the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Strangford Lough) Order (Northern Ireland) 1999(1), for the definition of “scallops” there shall be substituted—
“(c)“scallops” means Queen scallops of the species of Aequipecten opercularis;”.
