1. These Regulations may be cited as the Legal Advice and Assistance (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2000 and shall come into operation on 10th April 2000.
2. The Legal Advice and Assistance (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1999(1) are hereby revoked.
3. For the table set out in Schedule 2 to the Legal Advice and Assistance Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1981(2) there shall be substituted the following table—
