Part IV Consequential modifications to the Natural Mineral Water, Spring Water and Bottled Drinking Water Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1999

1.  In regulation 2(1), before the definition of “bottle” there shall be inserted the following definition—

““the Agency” means the Food Standards Agency;”.
