11. The definition of “relevant legislation” in section 15(1) of the 1999 Act shall have effect as if the references in paragraph (b) to the provisions of Regulations or Orders made under the 1991 Order included references to the provisions of the Regulations made under section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972(1) specified in Schedule 9 to these Regulations.
