Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Education and Libraries (Defined Activities) (Exemptions) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2000 and shall come into operation on 1st May 2000.
(2) In this Order “the principal Order” means the Education and Libraries (Defined Activities) (Exemptions) Order (Northern Ireland) 1994(1).
