1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Incapacity Benefit) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2000 and shall come into operation on 6th April 2001.
(2) In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Social Security (Incapacity Benefit) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1994(1).
(3) The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954(2) shall apply to these Regulations as it applies to an Act of the Assembly.
