Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Shellfish Emergency Prohibitions) (Revocation) Order (Northern Ireland) 2000 and shall come into operation on 29th February 2000.
(2) The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954(1) shall apply to this Order as it applies to Acts of the Northern Ireland Assembly.
Revocation
2. The Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) Order (Northern Ireland) 1999(2) is hereby revoked.
