Single claimants temporarily in accommodation provided by a Health and Social Services Board or an HSS trust 7.  A single claimant who is temporarily in accommodation provided by a Health and Social Services Board or an HSS trust of a kind specified in the definition of residential accommodation in regulation 85 (special cases).
