Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997
6. For paragraph 8(2) of Schedule 2 to the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997(1), there shall be substituted—
“In this paragraph, “radiation generator” means any electrical equipment emitting ionising radiation and containing components operating at a potential difference of more than 5 kV.”.
