The Employment Rights (Northern Ireland) Order 1996
2. In Article 96(3) of the Employment Rights (Northern Ireland) Order 1996(1), for the words “regulation 16 of the Ionising Radiations Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1985” there shall be substituted “regulation 24 of the Ionising Radiations Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2000 [S.R. 2000 No. 375]”.
