Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Public Service Vehicles (Amendment No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2000 and shall come into operation on 14th December 2000.
(2) In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Public Service Vehicles Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1985(1).
Amendments to regulation 6 (inspection of vehicle and grant of licence)
2. In sub-paragraph (5)(c) of regulation 6 of the principal Regulations, for “19th June 2000” there shall be substituted “1st August 1998”.
