Application for order under Article 8 of the Domestic Proceedings (Northern Ireland) Order 1980
3. For Form D3 in Schedule 1 to the Magistrates' Courts (Domestic Proceedings) Rules (Northern Ireland) 1996(1) there shall be substituted the new Form D3 set out in the Schedule to these Rules.
