Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Shellfish Emergency Prohibitions) (Strangford Lough) (Revocation) Order (Northern Ireland) 2000 and shall come into operation on 23rd May 2000.
(2) The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954(1) shall apply to this Order as it applies to Acts of the Northern Ireland Assembly.
Revocation
2. The following Orders, that is to say—
(a)the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Strangford Lough) Order (Northern Ireland) 1999(2),
(b)the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Strangford Lough) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2000(3),
are hereby revoked.
