Citation, commencement and interpretation1

These Regulations may be cited as the Colours in Food (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2000 and shall come into operation on 3rd July 2000.

In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Colours in Food Regulations (Northern Ireland) 19963.
