Pension increases under the Pensions (Increase) Act (Northern Ireland) 1971 and the Pensions Increase (Northern Ireland) Order 1974
L11.—(1) Where a pension, within the meaning of the Pensions (Increase) Act (Northern Ireland) 1971(1) (“the Act of 1971”) has become payable under these regulations out of the fund any increase of the pension under the Act of 1971 or the Pensions Increase (Northern Ireland) Order 1974(2) shall be paid out of the fund.
