Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Cars (Driving Instruction) (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2000 and shall come into operation on 19th June 2000.
Amendment of the Motor Cars (Driving Instruction) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1991
2. Regulation 24 (fees) of the Motor Cars (Driving Instruction) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1991(1) shall be amended as follows—
(a)in paragraph (1) for “£65” there shall be substituted “£72”;
(b)in paragraph (2) for “£118” there shall be substituted “£130”;
(c)in paragraph (3) for “£124” there shall be substituted “£138”;
(d)in paragraph (4), (5), (6) and (7) for “£220” there shall be substituted “£240”; and
(e)in paragraph (8) for “£110” there shall be substituted “£120”.
Revocation
3. The Motor Cars (Driving Instruction) (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1995(2) are hereby revoked.
