1. These Regulations may be cited as the Public Service Vehicles (Conditions of Fitness, Equipment and Use) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2000 and shall come into operation on 1st June 2000.
2. For Schedule 6 to the Public Service Vehicles (Conditions of Fitness, Equipment and Use) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1995(1) there shall be substituted the Schedule set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
