Upon receipt of any notification submitted in accordance with paragraph 12 or 13 concerning a biological agent specified in Part V, the Executive shall notify the Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety forthwith in writing that that agent is to be or is no longer to be stored, used or consigned.
