Legal Advice and Assistance (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1999 No. 95

Citation and commencement

1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Legal Advice and Assistance (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1999 and shall come into operation on 29th March 1999.

Assistance by way of representation for applications under the Family Homes and Domestic Violence (Northern Ireland) Order 1998

2.  In paragraph 2 of Schedule 3 to the Legal Advice and Assistance Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1981(1) after sub-paragraph (i) there shall be added the following sub-paragraph—

“(j) under the Family Homes and Domestic Violence (Northern Ireland) Order 1998”.
