The following provisions of the Family Homes and Domestic Violence (Northern Ireland) Order 1998 were brought into operation on 10th February 1999 by the Family Homes and Domestic Violence (1998 Order) (Commencement No. 1) Order (Northern Ireland) 1999 (S.R. 1999 No. 56 (C. 6)) insofar as they authorised the making of certain Orders and Rules of court, that is to say:—
(a)Article 1 (Title and commencement);
(b)Article 2 (Interpretation);
(c)Article 30 (Transfer of certain tenancies);
(d)Article 34 (Jurisdiction of courts and procedure);
(e)Article 39(4) and (6) and (11) (Appeals);
(f)Article 40(1) and (2) (Orders and regulations); and
(g)Paragraph 1 (Interpretation) and Paragraph 13 (Rules of court) of Schedule 2.
