Citation, commencement and interpretation
2. In rule 1.3(1), after the definition of “the Order of 1995” there shall be inserted the following—
““the Order of 1998” means the Family Homes and Domestic Violence (Northern Ireland) Order 1998(1); and
“the Allocation Order of 1999” means the Family Homes and Domestic Violence (Allocation of Proceedings) Order (Northern Ireland) 1999(2);”.
